3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software, code, designs, and deliverables developed by WaapCoders for a client become the property of the client upon full payment of agreed fees. WaapCoders retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how for future engagements. All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and images — remains the intellectual property of WAAPTECH CODERS SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. Project Engagements
All software development engagements begin after mutual agreement on scope, timelines, and pricing through a signed project agreement or statement of work. WaapCoders will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines, subject to client feedback, scope changes, and third-party dependencies. Project timelines and costs may be subject to revision if scope changes after initial agreement.
5. Confidentiality
WaapCoders treats all client business information, technical requirements, and data shared during a project as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by applicable law. Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary WaapCoders methodologies or tools shared during an engagement.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for each project are defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, projects typically require an upfront payment before work commences, with milestone-based payments throughout the development cycle. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
WaapCoders provides software development services to the best of its ability and professional standards. However, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project.
8. Website Usage
You may use this website for informational purposes and to contact us regarding our services. You may not use this website to transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt website operations.
